Shipping policy

We ship you packages once the orders are received and you can expect to have it in your hands within 7-10 days depending on your location in the USA.

• Freewaters.com orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground service depending upon delivery address.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse before being shipped. 
• Please account for another 1-5 business days for shipment. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles based warehouse. We estimate 1-3 days transit time for West Coast orders, 2-3 days transit time for Mountain Zone, 3-4 days transit time for Central Zone, 4-5 business days for East Coast Zone.
• Holiday Shipping: be sure to order by 12/17 to ensure your order delivers in time for Christmas.
• Kindly understand these shipping times are estimates and due to the current pandemic and an increase on online shopping, shipping times may be longer.  Freewaters is not able to guarantee delivery times.
