Our one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects reflects our commitment to excellence in design, manufacturing, and performance. Please contact Customer Service right away if you believe you have experienced a manufacturer’s defect in materials failure or workmanship.

Shipping

We ship you packages once the orders are received and you can expect to have it in your hands within 7-10 days depending on your location in the USA.

Freewaters.com orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground service depending upon delivery address.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse before being shipped.
Please account for another 1-5 business days for shipment. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles based warehouse. We estimate 1-3 days transit time for West Coast orders, 2-3 days transit time for Mountain Zone, 3-4 days transit time for Central Zone, 4-5 business days for East Coast Zone.
Holiday Shipping: be sure to order by 12/17 to ensure your order delivers in time for Christmas.
